I understand when new investors hear RS they run for the hills. There is much to be learned here. But if we have news of sales than we are off. Charlie since you have been dealing with this RS business how do the terms stack up. Does it look like a good deal as far as you can tell? The merger agreement and all. I just starting to be able to understand all the legal jargon myself.
