It looks like a standard R/merge to me.. They were talking stock swap and confused me there for a minute.. LOL The question always is, what is the new company worth.. Or going to be worth down the road... This info is hard to nail down this early in the game... :) I do like to look for hints.. Here is one, the low O/S after the split and issuing new shares.. This will give them plenty of room for more acquisitions, through issuing stock.. They could have just done a 4 or 5 for 1, and issued 15 Mil new.. To have the same effect on the insiders percentages... You catch my drift... The damm float is going to be real small for this baby... I am not an expert.. Still just learning myself... Though, I am starting to see what is going to happen before it does, which is cool.. Chas
