What a great Thread, Started at the beginning and working my way forward. Found 4 helpful fixes in the first forty posts Thanks everyone. I am switching to cable modem access and was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way to go. I have to buy my own ethernet card and RF modem. Also I swithched to the micro soft Intellimouse and now I can't move icons on my desktop I just get a circle with a line thru' it which means not available.---laura

Gary, I think you can get what you want by going to the "Communicator" drop down menu, selecting "Address Book".

When you get your address book, go to the "File" drop down menu and select "Export". Export the data to some place where you can pick it up with a word processor. Read it into your word processor ... edit it ... use find/replace to get rid of garbage ... print it ... etc.
