I'm using WebStreet, but it is my understanding that the reverse split and symbol change were both cancelled. So the old symbol PLRP, was what I was using.

I will admit that I didn't try to execute a sell order today for PLRP (tried in vain yesterday) but from every source that I've used to track PLRP today, there was no symbol change, no RS has occurred, therefore I cannot think of a reason for a symbol change. IMO, etrade could not execute your order because of their new and improved software, which has cost me money all week.
