Ok, hang on, I've got my numbers right here.....

You and I differ on yesterdays volume, I have 7,596,000 where as you have 7,446,000, but I'm not one to nit pick and argue, so I'll give you that one.

As far as IMPROPER and MISLEADING, well, I don't believe I was!! Again, I could be wrong and when I am, I'll admit to it with no problem whatsoever, not me... nope, I'll be the first to say I was wrong if infact I am.

The AVERAGE daily volume for PRWT is..... 3,907.5K... which if you multiply this number by five (the days in this trading week) we should have had somewhere around.... 19,537.5K shares traded for the week..

As far as this figure of 51,631.4K, (I think it's the "K" part that is throwing me) I am not quite sure where you are coming up with that from, could you please explain it to me???

You made the above statement, which to me is not accurate if you take into account that first off, this is a 52 week average 52 weeks ago, it was a freakin' water company.... seems to me, it is now becoming a financial conglomerate.

If you are going to try to compare figures, and get an ACCURATE number, you must compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges... in this particular case, you can not include what was done prior to the purchase of the shell company. It really has nothing to do with it and the figures just don't compute!!! Or are very misleading to say the least.

My suggestion would be to find out when the old PRWT became the new PRWT and figure the average on that. I am not sure of the exact date, I believe it was sometime in March of 98' maybe you are more knowledgable of the exact day, but this would give us a much more true account of the average trading volume.

If you are unable to come up with a date, I will try to find out and then we can go from there.... or better yet, maybe someone else might know of the exact date.
