AV spin off details will be out before February 15 by: teflon2000 53578 of 53594 Per investor relations full details will be released within three weeks of initial announcement of AV spinoff. This means it will be out before February 15. All of us have to be patient with this panic sell off today. It is highly possible that AV stock will be given to CPQ shareholders - at least a part of it, perhaps in IPO. If you are long dumping the stock now will be a serious mistake. If the EP team come with a smart plan for AV spinoff, CPQ will be trading at lest 60 or better within 2 months. If you are short, better cover now than too late. Good luck everybody! I am long and I got in at 27 average price.
