When I bought my first share of idti, Glenn Henry was an unknown and the company was not in the microprocessor business. I should have followed my gut and bailed when idti decided to compete against Intel but I let the positive market reaction lull me into dreaming. I considered the diversified product line a strength that would reward investors after the semiconductor industry emerged from a down cycle which was just beginning. In hindsight, I jumped in way too early. But the extended length of the down cycle may lead to that next great up cycle. Will it be profitable for idti even if Henry's experiment is just break even?
