Background for Log Point Investors

XLNS Research believes that its products will co-exist in the marketplace with those from Log Point
Technologies. Each firm's product line has a unique footprint and will likely appeal to different segments
of the LNS market.

Our founder believes that Log Point Technologies also has a bright future and has therefore purchased shares of Log Point Technologies in the open market. These holdings are presently less than one
percent of Log Point Technologies' issued stock. (Of course these holdings are subject to whatever dilution is associated with Log Point Technologies' future rounds of financing.) These shares of LGPT
are a long term investment. Occasionally, a few shares will be sold to cover brokerage fees and other expenses. It is probable that our founder will continue to purchase additional shares of LGPT during the years to come. These investment decisions are based on public information about Log Point Technologies (e.g., patents, press releases, web site, SEC filings, brochures, articles, advertisements,
trade shows and stock prices).
