Choice vs. No Choice Right...a person can choose for themselves to abort or not to abort. That's how one can be "pro-choice" and "pro-life", simultaneously. It's more appropriate to refer to the 2 sides of this debate as those in favor of a Women's right to reproductive self-determination and those in favor of legislating the denial of that Constitutional and Natural right to reproductive self-determination. I don't think the actual physical process of expelling the contents of the uterus is anything to look forward to with delight...however, the alternative to abortion is frequently extremely undesirable. I wish people understood this better: -Any males opinion of abortion is irrelevant. -A male will never experience pregnancy...it's an "N/A" situation for males. Obviously they will have opinions...and some will act out their frustration with homicidal acts of terrorism. Women are used to losing the contents/lining of that "creative"* organ on a monthly basis...it's part of female fertility. Women as a group are by nature predisposed to nurture all life. Aborting one's pregnancy is an act of destruction, however, one is terminating prematurely/aborting, a process of nurturing a potentially autonomous life-the fetus, at whatever stage of development, is a part of the Mothers biological system while attached umbilically...and She has ultimte control of it's destiny in a real way that cannot be legislated.*{I say "creative" organ because mr. Neocon-the-Napolitan, informed me that Women create with their ovaries and uteri, where as _men create with their "minds and hands"}, like the Columbine Boyz...? I choose against the futility of "citing studies". To me BLT, "pro-choice" is a redundacy... Now where's the Pennyroyal Tea?
