Your 1st and primary assumption of Darren running this show solo is already proven wrong so where do you go from here? What on earth are you talking about? I am uncertain what you mean by running the show solo? The guy is the President and sole member of the Board of Directors, with full discretionary rights to engage in related party transactions with himself. Just who do you figure Darren is sharing this running of the show with that has any authority to do any thing but kiss his butt, whenever or wherever it pleases Emperor Little?

As young as this company is - 2 weeks - it is equally difficult to find negative things to discuss as it is substantive positive things. And this one. Please stop, I am laughing too hard. The guy starts a company with his takeover on Jan 13th and announces that there was a special stock placement for $75K for 7&#189M shares of this puppy. Then the stock suddenly begins trading all over the name change to Bingo.Com at $4/share, which jumps quickly to $8 a few trading days ago. $75K to $50-60M in just a couple of weeks. This is not a small negative thing. And it is not at all hard to find. In fact one fairly stubs one toe over it in their own press releases. Couple this with the near dictatorial powers enjoyed by Darren Little under his amendment to the charter of incorporation in Florida to cut himself sweetheart deals however he wishes, and presto this is not just a little negative. It is a Little negative.
