I guess I have NEVER seen so much 144 stock dumped on the market before. There is no good way to play it at this point. Insiders with all this new available wealth are sure to sell some to diversify - it's the prudent thing to do. - It makes no sense to put all your net worth in one stock.

This is a good company, but this supply will overhang the market for months.

Were they reporting earnings per diluted share or outstanding share prior to this? Normally there is just not THAT much restricted stock. They must have given each employee a share each time he sharpened a pencil.

Again I have no position, but I almost bought it last year. I just want to learn how to knowingly avoid this mess in the future.
