And what if you're wrong? What if there is no reverse split, and the company announces news of solid developments. That would make you look foolish, wouldn't it? What do you post to the board then? An apology? We'll see.

to all first do not worry about a RS in the moment and if one should be nessesery then one like 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 but never more. and if some of you have followed the info over the last few month here is a little hint Pace Plastic Pallets Plastic Pallet Production and(Pace Financial services) now Paceco Financial Services the name Change of pace financial services to Paceco was made for the reasen that there are several other companys in the us and uk having the name Pace. if you read the press release carefull you understand the segnificant of this alliance. PPP is growing so fast and the project is so involved that it was of vital importans to have a propper managment and financial support put together. and dir mr. perkins please be very carefull with your comments but this hole restructuring is neccesery not to make me rich or give me advaniges on the back of our stockholders. i have sacrefised a lot of my live mony and time to get this company forward despite all the setbacks like Courton development delays personal problems and so on. it is normaly not the place to put out this things but i got seperated from my wife of this and they live in florida so i see my doughter maybe every 3 month or so. my ex wife how is a cornerston of this operation got cancer and is in chemo therapy my ex partner and frend how build this company up with me let me douwn with falls prommeces and brok the agreements with me and so on and so on. if i would be so clever or deciving and are only lokking out for me i would have cancled the merger with cabec which was the biggest mistake i ever did but i had responsebility towards the stokholder which bought stock in cabec for the plastic pallets. so i pult the merger through with big delays and losses of mony i could had used to get the pallets ready if i had not merged with cabec or cancled the merger. and up to now i have not made one single penny of the stock i got. the company ows me several 100 thousand of dollars i put in to it to pul it through. and i belive that i have the reight one day to make some mony out of this hole thing. but in a propper and onest way. up to now all the old stockholder of cabec especial the one with certificates in ther hand made a lot of money 13 million stock went into the float and every one know where they came from. a lot of frend of me in europe bought stock for .50 and so and they still holt to me and support me. and when i get comments from people like you i get so sik thinking i am stupid to work my as of the old fashion way and not play the game of a big scam stocks,hypes chasing in and the stockholder which invest their hard made maney to make a bit of profit to hell with them. but that is not my way. i have worked so hard and lost so much i will get this company going and beleve me i am not stupid what i have managed in the last 12 month to keep everything together and moving and geting all this aliances together paceco,pace plastic and vimonta all the patens i got through and so on that is not to bad. have a god day mr. perkins sir.
