WRONG The registrant will be issuing approximately 3,680,000 shares of its common stock to acquire the shares of DataPower from Harris and Wong. If what you are saying is true why would ISSM print 3,680,000 shares for a share for share exhange and then end up with 41% it does not add up! Get it! I don't know what the exact numbers are yet but what you are saying does not make sense. Harris want the float to be lower not higher. He want to RS this stock even more. I still think all the printing was done BEFORE that's why it jumped from 10 to 25 mill I could be wrong I'm trying to narrow it down Harris does not talk to me anymore after being called a crook by a bunch of people on this thread. But he is in touch with others. This was supposed to be a PM. Pressed the wrong button.
