(puff, puff) Speaking of "3's", I thought of some other contests to which a winner is borne:

Hockey has "3" periods to determine a winner

So does wrestling

Some amateur boxing matches like Golden Gloves

Baseball has three strikes ( and you're out)

Peter denying Jesus three times

Rugby has three periods (doesn't it?)

Anyway, like FlatTaxMan says, it almost always takes 3 cuts to get it right.
