Do not underestimate these people. I put odds on their trading again. There seem to be few registered shares. if you read SEC filings; these guys can keep the price up with the 20 million they just raised, because no one has any registered shares to sell. There are zillions of unregistered shares--my question is--can the SEC force them to register them, as they said they were going to last summer when they merged with SBB? see Section 3.14.

AG; Barrington and DH Blair are one and the same. The jokers at Barrington bought Blair's investment banking business about 18 months ago. Those guys (both Barrington and DH Blair) are shameless crims.

Best regards!
