Here's a question that I have for all discussing this point.......... If the Nasdaq listing is done so as to issue a few million....let's say up to 10million shares onto the Nasdaq market.......will we see the Canadian share structure change? Probably not....if that is the case, would the US shares be priced to the market at US$15.00 when our stock in Canadian funds is $6.00 - $8.00 or so? $15 US is $22.50 Canadian.....now, I know that a case can be made for BII's market cap in comparison to other US internet stocks and yes, I guess with that being the gauge, BII has room on the upside. But, will the market except the cap of the stock to move 3-fold in one fell swoop with the same amount of shares outstanding in Canada? Tough to think that could happen isn't it? Am I missing something or not understanding something here? I did not pay attention to RIM as to how all that worked....if anyone knows how that scene played out I would find it interesting to hear about it.
Now, again, I am not saying that BII will not be worth more on Nasdaq but I am starting to feel that the stock has been in the public eye enough and traded enough that we are not going to see the company vaulted into the US market overnight and having the shares and market cap triple.............IF it was a new issue on Nasdaq with NO trading history perhaps...but a lot of time and research is under the bridge now on the company and I think that cooler heads will prevail.....AGAIN...I am not trying to sound negative or be a downer. I would LOVE to see BII get a listing and really move for everyone that owns shares....even if I miss it when it happens I really would like to see it. I just am feeling that if this were such a sure thing that the share price would be a lot higher. Therein lies the riddle.....it will either happen or not and both sides are placing their bets........I am rooting for the longs.

I happen to believe in almost all that was written about BII post NASDAQ. My own target, as I've posted before is $35 US. Here is a couple of thoughts that you may find apropos.
1. BDCMF will lose its "F" shortly, which stands for foreign and is a big negative with US investors. It will then be a 4 alpha symbol (like ebay, ubid....)
2. The NASDAQ possibility has been discounted, but not with US investors, and that is what really matters.
3. The biggest reason that I have confidence in the NASDAQ boost is because we are the market. Day traders have blown away the analyses of the "old pros". When this thing hits NASDAQ, we have to be sure that the word gets out to all the active traders.
4. Prediction: BII will take a jump as soon as NASDAQ settles and has a couple of big days... which will be soon.
