Thanks for posting this filing info. From what I can tell, this appears to be a new issuance. Good for the long term, but bad for the short term, IMHO. It further dilutes the stock but gives them the capital to expand. Furthermore, it offers whoever finances them the opportunity to get cheap stock at a quick profit. Am I missing anything here? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I also think we will take a break from the quick rise up. But who knows.... Augs
