Wily: I don't think it's a matter of being gracious, it's being stubborn... When I call a brokerage firm regarding a problem, I make a real pest of myself until I get the problem resolved... I don't rant and rave... I just give them the facts... I start with my personal broker... Then I talk to the Mgr if necessary... That usually does it... The key is having the facts on your side, and presenting them in a way that lets the brokerage firm know that it's in their best interests to do the right thing... Jim
