Acquisitions in the Ed Tech Industry: Ben, I am sure you have been monitoring this. 1. Any fairly recent examples you can point to? 2. If so, the prices of these acquisitions were based on what? (P/E's, multiple of sales, etc.) If your goal is .60/sh, what sales level would you need to achieve to be there? Would your current product line be all you need to achieve this goal? Do you have a "pipeline" of new products being developed? Thanks. Mel
