But in case you weren't -
I think this placement which represents 1% of the shares outstanding has little effect on the ongoing and future price of ATF shares.

As we've seen, ATF has made similar placements before.
It always makes me think that they must run a lean, cost-conscious operation with the expectation of positive cash flows in the near term.

I like these minimal placements.

I'd rather they place 1% out there at $1.20 than do a major offering.
We'll all benefit in the future from these minimal placements.

All IMO, of course.

Once again, this is not a new pp, only the announcement of VSE acceptance of a pp announced about a month ago shortly after they did the pp at $1.00. How come every time they announce acceptance of a pp by the VSE somebody comes on here acting like this is a new deal? Are your memories that short?
