>>>Traditionally the other auction companies in the same state as BII IPO'd at around US$14-$18. My feeling is that BII will also IPO at the same price, regardless of the TSE valuation.<<<<

was the same scenario there NTT on outstanding shares to begin with though? I would be interested to see. Did you follow RIM? how did that go as far as the announcement of Nasdaq and the trading on Toronto etc.????

As to your last point about SEEK and others NTT..I most definitely agree with you and feel that there is a very good chance that if BII were to get this listing that it would only be a matter of time before it took off on a buying frenzy at some point.

I think it is time you learned some market truths & reality.

The float is the amount of stock trading where ever that may be. Market arbitrageurs keep the balance of flow between various index's. BII can't be a IPO it's already popped its cherry. BII will open (IF it gets there)on NASDAQ at the TSE price that day in US dollars.

These statements of yours are pure fiction and not allowed under security rules or practice.

""My feeling is that BII will also IPO at the same price, regardless of the TSE valuation. The TSE price will then rise to match this level before the actual IPO.""

"Although the TSE will have a much larger float, the small Nasdaq float will cause the price to rise sharply."
