Yes I would put TLAB at the top of the list, but remember that CIEN remains unatteched
as yet and TLAB now has a much better stock price to complete that deal to the CIEN
Ceo liking ( mid 30's) without as much diltution overhang that would show up in Yr 1.
Mr Birck won't do both in less than 6 mos. Just another thought.

But PAIR has great value at these prices.


I agree with everything you say here. I am concerned that a TLAB CIEN deal may have a left a bad taste in the mouth of many investors. I am not sure if management would much about that issue.

Let me first say, I am long on PAIR and
would like nothing more for them to be
bought out at a nice price. But I've
got to ask the question...why in the
world would they bring in a new CEO,
give him a good salary, probably quite
a few stock options, if they were going
to be bought out within a couple of months?
Was he brought in to be the deal maker?
