Way off topic. Anyone familiar with VONE--VPN software company mentioned in Barron's this weekend? They did do a 'series A' convertible in 1997 to raise almost 4 million dollars, I havent been able to find the terms yet, and if it is floorless or not, but the share price has already visited 1 1/2 and is back to 3. I thought this may appeal to you SEC/convertible masochists since on ANCR the research on THAT aspect seems to be done. Any thoughts please email me or post on the VONE thread.
