Simple math really.

2.2 mil shares x $.45 = $1 mil market cap

Seems like peanuts for market value of any web shopping enterprise.

Usually, these companies have at least a market cap of $5 million.

So I can see a fair market value of $2.40 extreme short term. and going up from there depending on how rapidly they deploy their web site.

And because this is the same CEO that did all those
"Everything under $1" stores. It looks even better.

He has a proven track record. And I like to see a good management record with a penny stock. As it is a rarity.

Also, just looking at a 3 year chart right now.

This stock was at a whopping $5.00 back in November 1997.

And recently in 1998 it had a nice trading range of $1 - $2 until you know what... the summer fall of all pennies and stocks in general.

This seems to be one of the ones that hasn't recovered yet from that.

Easily $2 again....my biggest fear, again, is that its going to pop out of the atmosphere on Monday's open with such good potential.

So hopefully there will be a pop followed by a fall to shake some apples out of this one.

Let's see what Monday brings. No use speculating what it will open at. But we can speculate what a company like this might be worth compared to other web shopping enterprises.

Capsule toys ... I did a search on Alta Vista and the best link I could find was this one ... daikaiju.com

It will at least give you an idea of what they are like.

Seems these are very popular in Germany. What I am gathering from linking around to the various pages is that the smaller figures (3 & 4 inches) are probably the capsule toys. It seems they are a higher quality version of vending machine toys. I have a 6 year old son, and they look just like something he would love. Would I pay $50 for a set of 2 - no way. I never understood the beanie baby craze, and I don't think that they could ever be that big. Is there a market for them here though? Most definately.

Although this web page came back when I did the search, I couldn't find any direct reference to them specifically as capsule toys. I noticed that the names were the same as some of the figures on the other pages I linked to. The web page above seemed to have the best pictures and pricing references. If you utilize any of the search engines and do a search for "capsule toys" you should find something. I was just curious as to what they were, and thought maybe some of you were too!
