Claude, I will answer the one question concerning the Catan vein and leave the others for later or Kevin(KMT). A.C. Howe has completed a report on the Catan and should be out shortly.(This week or next) The report gives a resource estimate for the Catan. Not sure what resource category it will be in-perhaps inferred or maybe the next level. The catan has good contunity so they should a very good handle on the resource estimate. Sampling along the 2.8 km strike length and in the aidits give an average of 15.5 grams/ton. I'm looking for a several million oz. resource estimate from the Catan. MDIN has been blasting and accumulating ore for sometime. We hope they have started to send it to a nearby smelter for processing but I have heard not confirmation of this.

Claude: 1) Financing was done through a PP to some major shareholders. 2) Advances to subsidiaries are funds advanced to Sierra La Plata, a subsidiary of MDIN which operates in Chili. I believe most of the expenses in Chili for exploration/development of the properties are incurred by Sierra La Plata. 3) Mike Gold answered #3 for you I believe. 4) I disagree with your premise. I don't think a market cap of $4MM was even close to fair market value in December. Nor do I think we're at fair market value now based on current assets, proven or not.
