Well silli.....

Making a vote to see who is on your side vs Doug's reminds me of my childhood days when I tried winning friends by taking a stand on something and then seeing who would follow.
At this point in time my vote goes against you and in favour of Doug. Not because your's or Dougs #'s are right but because of your antics. You spent all day yesterday egging Doug on and I commend him for not responding to your antics. You obviosly prefer to see this board watch you and Doug goe into battle. It seems that Mr. Mcleod has been well disciplined and knows that continuing a fight only creates a winner and loser. Great debating is good, but not with your style and attitude which conducts initiation.
I have and still appreciate your posts and respect what you have to say, but your personal vendetta towards Doug is not the boards.

Advice, use common decency and respect within your wording because that is what lost my vote.

Childish responses to me regarding this post will not be responded too.
Keith

My feeling is that if the MM are allowed to define a price, it will be equal to their peer group, who have all IPO'd between US$14-18. This is purely based on my observations and not on any type of concrete valuation model. On the other hand Steelguy has had me question myself and now I'm leaning more towards the theory that an existing security from a different exchange will simply open up at the closing price of its primary exchange when it IPOs on Nasdaq. The MM may then see fit to drive it to whatever levels they feel are fair. I don't see BII sitting at US $5 for very long. Even the cruddiest auction houses are sitting at US$15! Without a good way to propose a fair fundamental valuation, you can pretty much only compare market cap and price. That should drive BII up quickly IMO.

That's the great thing about these type of discussion boards! They open your eyes up to other possibilities which you may not have even considered :) Thanks Steelguy!
