DD, I still like to look at sectors first, rather than tackle the whole market. Me thinks it's time to take a look at electrical utilities once again....what's that Vertmont Co. that you told me about ? Deregulation, alternative production methods and dividends are the pluses. Natural resource stocks may have hit bottom. Major oil stocks are going to be moving up on a technical bounce.

Lots of developments coming in defense industry in the next few weeks. I understand that a lot of DOD contracts have not been awarded this fiscal year due to the cost of the Mid-East operation. European consolidation, increased US DOD budget, political struggles and other factors such as low valuation make this sector attractive for bottom fishing.

I also like the small high tech companies that have been ignored during this high tech bull run.
