Hello russet; There is an agreement in place between Chile and Argentina, that I believe ABX along with their political connections helped broker, about a year or two ago, I'm sorry I can't point to it, but I know it exists. The purpose of this aggreement was to allow cross border exploration and mine develpoment as many of these concessions along the El Indio belt are connected physically?? Also the access to this region is more accesible through Chile?? I understand you wish to paint as pretty a picture for ARP shareholders, but the market at the moment is saying ABX's offer is fair??................not my opinion, but the market has been speaking now for quite some time?? Shirley??..............thanks for providing your thoughts re the PP with Lundin, it is how I interpreted it as well, but I must admit, I'am not the expert when it comes to weeding through the legal mumbo jumbo?? Adding to the thoughts of declaration, I have spoke on this before, and I have as of yet been unable to confirm through brokers or other contacts the exact rules to this. I will bring up some views and an example of another company I'am following.............lordy there are so many dates out there??.......alas we cannot entertain them all?? Back to the subject?? Kinross Gold has been buying up shares in Greystar Resources, they now control 20%. They declared at 9.9% that they were going above that number, they declared again at 20% that it was for investment purposes only on both occasions?? Now as for ABX, when they reached 9.9% they declared their hostile takeover, IMO once they have declared the position and the intent they do not have to disclose how many shares they own, strictly based on the fact they have declared all that is necessary, and that their intent to takeover ARP was contingent on achieving 50.1%. Once and if they DO, they announce that fact and then all other shareholders will have a certain time frame in order to tender their shares?? Canadian and US exchanges have differing rules, so this could be a reason as to why I have heard so many differing opinions on this?? Shirley??...I know your acumen regarding these subjects, have you any or can you get us a deffinitive statement on this subject?? With regards,Frank
