I have no idea, PartyTime.

Why don't you call the company and ask them?

Here's my speculation, though. I now DON'T think that Simweb.com is a customer of Zulumedia.

I think it's a mistake.

It's possible to set-up a web server to do a "redirect" for a file or an entire directory.

I think they set-up a "redirect" on the "images" directory some time ago, when simweb.com still belonged to them. They never changed it, but didn't notice, because somewhere along the line they stopped putting their images in the "images" directory.

I note that ALL of the images in that directory relate ONLY to simweb.com!

I've written the webmaster of simweb.com for clarification, and to point-out that another site may be inadvertently pointing a part of their web site to their site.

Here is the response I got from the simweb.com webmaster.

Let's put this one to bed. There is no connection between ZULU/ESVS and simweb.com, except that the simweb.com used to belong to SIM, before they were bought by ZULU. The domain name has been recycled, and Zulu still has some cleaning-up to do on their web site to remove stray references.
