Brady,

You wouldn't happen to have the press release bookmarked were ZULU/ESVS first mentioned Medibanx or Mediabanx do you. I want to check the press release and corroborate what the name actually is. Point me to it if you can.

Thxs -- CWIII

Brady,

Disregard my last post, I found the information in the SEC filing. If anyone is interested here it is:

Zulu-tek, Inc. (OTC:ZULU) ("Zulu-tek," formerly Netmaster Group, Inc., which in turn was formerly known as Star Medical Corporation) is the parent company of EchoMedia, Inc. ("EchoMedia"),MediaBank, Inc. ("MediaBank") and Zulu Ventures, Inc. ("Zulu Ventures"). MediaBank in turn is the parent company of Zulu Media, Inc. ("ZuluMedia" formerly known as SIM). Together these enterprises comprise the Zulu-tek companies which have together undertaken to become a provider of Internet based advertising sales and marketing services.

NTT DATA SELECTS IPASS AS INTERNET ROAMING PROVIDER FOR DREAM*NET'S PREMIER
INTERNET SERVICE

DREAM*NET Customers Gain Local-Call Access to the Internet Through World's Largest Network;
2,700 Access Points in 150 Countries

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (June 29, 1998) -- iPass Inc. and NTT DATA announced a partnership today that makes the
iPass global Internet roaming service immediately available to Japanese business and consumer users through Mediabank's
DREAM*NET Internet service. The partnership gives DREAM*NET customers secure and reliable access to the Internet for
e-mail, the Web and other business applications through iPass' rapidly growing network of more than 2,700 operational
access points in more than 1,500 cities throughout 150 countries. The DREAM*NET Internet service is provided by
Mediabank Corporation, a joint venture of NTT DATA Corporation, Japan's largest systems integration company, and
SOFTBANK Corp.

"Our partnership with NTT DATA is important because we strive to work with the best Internet service providers in each
market and because Japan is a key market with a large and rapidly growing number of Internet users," said Jason Ma, iPass
managing director of Asia Pacific. "In a short period of time, iPass has gained strong momentum in Japan through these key
partnerships, making the iPass service available to Internet users all over Japan."

With iPass, DREAM*Net customers are able to travel globally and access the Internet and corporate networks locally from
150 countries with ease and reliability. Through iPass' point-and-click connection software, business and consumer users
gain instant Internet access and recognize tremendous cost savings over long distance phone calls. Customers will also
receive a high quality of service because iPass partners with the best telcos and ISPs around the world to provide multiple
access points in major business centers.

Ensuring Security
In addition to ease of use, reliability and significant cost savings, the iPass global roaming service ensures security for
DREAM*NET and its Internet customers. The iPass system architecture provides end-to-end security during username and
password authentication over the Internet through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit key encryption. The iPass service
is also interoperable with all industry standard virtual private network (VPN) solutions so businesses can use the iPass
global access points to provide low-cost, secure access to corporate networks.

Brady, thank you for objectively correcting the record. It was time constraint coupled with fast typing that caused me to in Cliff's post type in "Mediabanx" and not "Medibanx." My reference cited in a previous post, however, was "Medibanx." Sorry for the confusion. You all have to realize I'm in the middle of moving again and my SI/Yahoo time is crammed. To all with a fair heart, I appreciate your understanding. Thanks. To the rest of yers (Neghead faction)? "Go take a walk in the lake till your hat floats!"

Cliff, in particular, sorry for the confusion. It was not meant to be like that.
