The 8K is very complex and tough reading and I don't pretend to have the knowledge or the training to get it all right. It's a bear :-) I specifically tried to stay away from the two more possible closings of these Series "C" preferred stock, because it won't take place for a while and muddies and already complex landscape. So, I've be focusing solely on the February 15 conversion date. I still believe that my interpretation is correct and that we will see a significant decline in ARIA value over the next week. We shall see. Thanks for the constructive debate John de C
