Links for info on "Speedway Junky" and it's cast, for anyone who has doubts about the legitimacy of the project.....maybe some of these will make you feel "warm and fuzzy". The spike last June was related to Golan and/or Globus being interviewed on TV about their new partnership and new movie, "Speedway Junky." They were also starting a tour to raise money for films. Why did MVEE spike back in June 1998? Ah there is the $64,000 question. I bought MVEE in March of 98 for .12 a share. I was thrilled as it slowly rose every day to .39 in June. I was up big time on my 30,000 shares. I had thoughts of adding to my position. Then just like someone pulled the plug the stock started tanking. I finally sold at .23 and saved some of the gain. The rest is history. It went to .05. Folks on the thread attributed the loss to day traders. No way that's going to sail with me, something happened back then causing the drop. I wish I knew what. It's never really regained much since. I apologize to those who have already heard the story :((( Just wish I knew all that was going on with this company.... Regards LT
