Dan, all opinions expressed courteously are welcome. I can assure you this, RAM would not go out of it's way to break or bend any securities rules or it wouldn't have bothered using a disclaimer to begin with. Additionally all financial projections contained references with links to their origin. It is clear that all of the information contained in their report is from publicly available sources that are verifiable. However, if upon further review by it's attorney's it is determined that they need to disclose anything further about their position, they will surely do so as they are in DCHT for the long haul and are sensitive to the appearance factor.

Dan, I started to write this in a private message but decided not to because it is something that all should read,

Dan, I am confident that the disclaimer is clear enough and covers RAM for their work, which I can tell you, they did on their own and are not being paid to do.

As far as it casting a shadow on the company, well, you can only cast a shadow if you are standing on your feet, and right now, these guys need all the visibility they can get or their stock will stay in the hands of the MM manipulators.

Unfortunately, this company doesn't have the resources to hire a PR Firm, so they get what they get from people that believe in them, and don't mind working on their own initiative.

People like Sid will always look for an ulterior motive when one doesn't necessarily have to exist.

This company has gone thru its share of problems with promoters and puported money men, and unfortunatley have paid a high price for it. It makes them sick to know that they were taken advantage of by promoters and market makers who profitted handsomely by their sweat.

What bothers me most, is that the very things they get accused of by their detractors are exactly the things they abhor most; namely people that prey on others less knowledgeable.

The people at DCH Technology have been working for 4 years without pay, and have used their stock to get the things they needed to survive. What people do with the stock after they receive it is entirely up to them.

If RAM wants to give someone stock to promote a report, then it is entirely in the right of RAM to do so and shouldn't cast a shadow on anyone if it is done for the right reason.

Remember, there has to be an intent to defraud.
I see no ill intent here. What I see is a pretty good promotional piece; what Wall St. calls a research report. I suppose it will be decided in court whether or not the diclosure was adequate. It looks more than adequate to me, but I certainly am no lawyer.

Thanks for your input and the link to the Rule.
