Perhaps you can add two pieces of data. I have built my own valuation model FWIW, but I need two missing pieces fo info.

1) Am I correct that UIHIA will own 77 million shares of UPC(OY)?

2) What are the other pieces of UIHIA, not including UPC and what are they worth? I think that I have seen $12 to $17 per share in various places.

Thanks to anyone who can provide the information.

There is no question here that the IPO will give us all a good idea when and if to sell in the short term. I think the IPO will be very hot, but we will have to wait to see. At this point I think we all agree it is still way to cheap to sell just based on the IPO price. So we will have to wait and see how much of a flier this will be. IMHO it will be big.
