Dave, thanks for breaking the silence, I feel better now that someone else has read the filing.

I thought the bios were particularly helpful as well. I mentioned in my first analysis the relationships with Tech Data and Ingram Micro, real nice.

One problem I'm having in my valuation calculations is that using 20X this year earnings is not reflective IMO of what may really be in store for ANYI this year. It is hard to put a valuation on whether or not ANYI will move up to the Nasdaq, or its potential for becoming a part of the internet consolidation trend.

What is your read on what the float will be? BANY's float is only 800,000 right? Was ANYI's float going to be 800,000? From the filing it looks like only 200,000 common shares will be traded, along with the 200,000 given as a dividend to BANY share holders (most of which went to BANY insiders who probably won't sell anytime soon). Does BANY have any restrictions on selling their 800,000 ANYI shares? It seems that all the rest of the ANYI shares may be restricted.

MMs sure had a blast on Friday when they dropped the price to $0.78 to pick up some poor guys market order at 14,500 shares. Did you notice how many orders got chopped up into chunks of 2,500? The MMs were sure living it up.

If J. Saf was out of town, he'll sure have a pleasant surprise when he returns. If J. would like me to e-mail him some of my DD on other backdoor and BB start ups, I would like to help out. I have the feeling this ANYI thread will be a great place to hang out.

Looking forward to tomorrow:)

BTW, let's make sure our ANYI thread is listed in a category so we can make the SI "Hot" list. If BANY wasn't in the "$5 and under" category, we could have made this weekends "Hot" list.

David,

Don't take the fun out of it.........

Jeeesh.....You don't show your kids where the Easter Eggs are hidden on Easter Sunday....do you?

I predict......(yes, it is prediction time)...... that BANY will make an announcement very soon....saying that the forms have been filed with the SEC. I also predict that trading in Anything Internet will begin sooner than people are expecting.

I know what you must be thinking......Brad....How could this be?........ You are right about everything...and your credibility is top-notch.........how do you know this?

OK....twist my arm. I believe Anything Internet has filed with a request for expedited treatment. This usually means nothing.....but I think it will for companies who got caught by the new SEC/BB filing standards.

Anything Internet chose to step back, and comply with the new standards, rather than circumvent them. I believe this will matter.

So instead of 60 days......we may only be looking at 58 days...... You heard it here first.

bg

ps.......I'll be talking to J. Saf this evening.....and we will have the Anything Internet Thread up tomorrow evening.......or sooner.

I think Klaus the Dane should take post # 1......Klaus?.....Klaus?....back from holiday yet?
