What if the movie is sold before they become a reporting company? Will this hurt the stock price at all or will it still reflect the sale no matter what? One more thing, what do they plan on doing first?

Projecting the stock price based on the sale price of "Speedway" is impossible. If "Speedway" sells for $10 million, that is a very good return on a film that cost $1-2 million to make. MVEE has other films to finance so any "profit" from "Speedway" will immediately be spent on other projects. However, it has been suggested that a "good" sale (i.e. $10 million or over) will be a signal to the industry that G&G are back, they still have it, and they can make many more successful movies. Most critically at this point, that newly-gained credibility will allow them to obtain financing for other projects. That, IMO, is the most important part of the events this week and the weeks following. Regards, Suzanne
