yes.. i would imagine that it would be very difficult for some to pull of all those scams that vancouver is so famous for, and i think a person would have to be drinking buddies to pull it off..but as to how many mines go into production ..well thats another story..vancouver and its officials are best described in a book about the exchange,, its called "fleacing the lambs ".

With all due respect, Charters, your dissertation on how to do an investigation up here (Canadian Exchanges), is very convincing, HOWEVER, SO WERE THE BRE-X PEOPLE!!! It just goes to show that if your're out to swindle people from the gitgo, and your're a professional, than you'll succeed.

The charm of this little company is precisely because they are inexperienced. In a funny, way their incompetence makes them transparent but not necessarily dishonest. Did they hype their find, of course. But then you should know that about juniors, they're always hyping their finds.

Settling with the SEC and getting of the pinks will be a tremendous boost for these folks and those of us that have insisted that this is for real! (How real is another matter).

Regards,
Joe

P.S. By the way, did you get taken by Bre-X?
