With the float so small and the short position so relatively large, sounds like this could be an excellent squeeze play with its amex listing.

Hi everyone:

R.E.B., thank for the amendment, your past experience with the Big Six CPA firm definitely carry a lot of weight. However, I have a question if you don't mind... in reference to your quote:

"When I was with Ernst & Whinny (many years ago) it was common practice for high-ranking CPAs within the firm to take positions withe the companies that they were involved in as a part of auditing. The CPA firm likes this because they will more likely retain the audit business.... the individual likes it because he/she will usually get more money and better perks."

Since the CPA firm likes this kind of career move from their partner because it helps to retain the audit business, do they also allow their former partner to come back if thing don't work out at the private sector? Is it easy to find your way back as a partner to a prestige CPA firm if thing don't work out at the private sector?

Your answer will give me a good idea of what kind of risk Bennett is taking by giving up his prestige position as Partner of Grant Thornton.

Thank in advance for your answer.

Best,

Mr. P

Just for the record, a CPA of the company their firm audits is NOT allowed to own a position in that company. This is standard in the accounting industry.
