Microsoft has tried to get all the major wireless companies
to use it's CE operating system. They've all refused, so
now it feel that it has to create a wireless company to
use it's OS.

I think we've seen this with it's on-line services,
WebTV, and Cable Broadcasting network to name a few. Lot's
of their attempts at starting their version of a new
sector just don't work out.

Also, I'd go back and check that PP 50% figure on total
COMS revenues!
