Anyone care to explain to a newbie why the real time quote is just sitting at 7 trades forever? I want to buy but this is scary??? CT

According to Bloomberg, 1 PLCOP = 6 PLCO on Aug 17, 1999. Company said "by end of year." Either way it is convertible to 6 shares common this year. Currently selling for UNDER the common. . .one could see the advantages by making a simple calculation...projected over time. If PLCO stayed right where it is the rest of year, we are looking at 10 bucks valuation on PLCOP. Currently at 1.50. . .I would say the risk vs. reward ratio is just about as high as I have seen, IMO. Rande Is
