I can tell you Bridge Feed from Bridge Data is the fastest and most accurate I have seen. They, unlike Egrp, do not go down. CNBC would not depend on such a feed if it faltered. Given Etrade's current track record, they would be the likely suspect for slowing ticker prices.

By the way, Etrade claimes that market orders are placed imediatly and therefore can not be canceled. So how many people here have been burned by NASD market orders being filled 4 and 5 minutes after the order is placed? I have multiple times.
