I don't think that the key is that CCO is not mentioned in the OGJ article. It's just that this is a trade publication and many people were already aware of CCO and Coastal Petroleum and the potential for oil in the Gulf offshore Florida. The recent runup from $1 is probably due to a few small players who had advance word of the article. The real utility of the article in my opinion is that it lends credibility to the "wild" claims of billions of barrels of oil. The real boost will come when the WSJ picks up on the story. It will probably take a combination of the OGJ Article and some positive news from the courts, but at that point, I think that CCO is in a position to really take off. This should happen within the next two or three months.
