Are we sure about the preferred being convertible?
Preferred Series E : Cusip # 728116401
A broker friend looked it up for me and his book showed it as "NOT COVERTIBLE"
I tried calling the CFO @ PLCO but of course he is at the toy show.

What's the earliest date that this thing is convertible
that you were able to find..all I could get was '2 years
from issuance' Just contemplating the arb possibilities
between PLCOP and PLCOW
