Hello All. I'm back (For better or worse)

Looks like things may be turning around at WWWC.

Just spoke with WWWC and here is what I have learned, some of which many of you may already know --

WWWC has signed an agreement with the Norfolk Islands (Australia) to provide gaming, internationally, through Satellite, Telephone, and Internet. WWWC will be taxed at the rate of only 4% of gross win by the Norfolk Islands.

WWWC plans to offer its internet casino from here. But the main thrust of the business appears to be toward the operation of a live casino/sportsbook broadcast over dedicated satellite channels through agreements with various countries. There would be a sports wagering channel which will be a 24 hr/day production showing highlights of various events and show the line/odds on upcoming contests. WWWC plans to issue special cell phones to sports bettors, preprogrammed to call only WWWC to place bets. Also would be a live casino channel where the bettor can, through the phone or internet, place bets on table games operated by live dealers.

As it stands now, WWWC has signed agreements with the phone company to carry the broadcast and with a production company to produce and operate the channels. WWWC also has signed agreements with satelite systems in Philippines, Vietnam, and Taiwan to carry the channels. Many others are pending.

Our WWWC shares will be converted into NWDP (OTC-BB) as most of you know. It is expected to be somewhere in the neighborhood of a 1 for 1 conversion but nothing has been finalized in this regard. Stock is currently 2.625 x 4.5... Spread should tighten and price hopefully go higher once we become public and the stock and company start to get advertised.

I've noticed in the last couple months, many of the internet casino company stocks really starting to take off. I think the climate may finally be ripe for bringing ourselves public. The interesting thing about our company, that will make it stand out, in my opinion, is the satellite broadcast I have described. This really makes WWWC stand out amongst the other companies and takes international remote gaming (IRG -- a new term I just coined -hehe), to a new level. Many other larger companies are interested in what WWWC is doing and it is likely in the future that these companies will buy into WWWC (hence driving our stock up).

We should be taking wagers in roughly 8 weeks I am told. Things are starting to look interesting. I'll try to update the thread from time to time with anything new I learn.

If anyone has any questions they would like me to pose to the company, post them here or email me at harbm@aol.com
