Mike,

I for one am anticipatory in the developments of the company. It is once again exciting to see the prospects come back to life. (Maybe we all just had a bad few months with the market fluctuation and all).

I would like to see this thread be used for what it was really intended and that is to transfer, as accurately as possible, information on the progress of "our company". Meaning that the shareholders own a piece of WWWC as I am sure the CEO would agree.

So let's all agree, if we can, to not fall into any traps when emotions run high and remember that we can effect response from the public to bolster our company and the stock by promoting the benefits of on-line gaming. Welcome back and I hope the we will see a bright future unfold.

Thanks for all of the hard work by all.

Hello Michael,

In your fifth paragraph you mention WWWC plans to offer its Internet casino from here. Are you referring to Australia or did you mean the United States as the point of dispatch?

Also, as I understand it, the class-action lawsuit settlement that was reportedly agreed upon is pending court approval and is expected to be approved by the judge. Does this resolve all legal issues, i.e. are there any additional complaints either civil or criminal pending against World Wide Web Casinos or its officers? The reason, I ask is that I have received e-mail from vendors (those who claim they are owed money by the company) and others over the past few months implying that not all issues have been resolved. Can you comment further?

TG

Michael,

Is New Discovery Publishing Company (NWDP) in process of acquiring the assets of WWWC or is the association of these two companies a joint effort? Apparently there has been no official press release from NWDP as of yet.

Also, have the audit issues since the breakdown of the USAG forward triangular merger of last year been resolved?
