S3 must be in t a very bad earning position to announce those kind of things 6 months in advance, i guess some insiders would like to sell some share at a higher price shortly, this is very bad PR. About the short position,, too bad for them...they were wrong and some of them have probably already covered....good for them. I really feel for people who lose money when invested in stock, but don't care about those who lose when shorting.JMO The mercury benchmark are really impressive, (certainly more professional that some frustrated reviewer...i kind of think that if i were an OEM i would rely on Mercury before any other reviewers) can't wait for the Rage 128 Pro. And the aggressive pricing on the Xpert 99 looks great, i wonder how the competition will be able to fight. ;-) here's another review ritualistic.com MArc
