Jim, I doubt I could do much better. Apparently, they are awaiting the outcome of events related to the loan, IMF, etc. What more can anyone say at this point? HGRM did mention a PR would be coming out shortly describing this phenomenon in more detail. When this is over, we'll all be able to teach a course in current events a la Russia, no doubt. The phrase in the last PR, "...to insure its solid position as the # 1 global supplier of holographic security devices," continues to give me faith. The word "insure" indicates they are already there. Hang tough, Bob
