You make point sir, apparently you nothing of mental health either.

Perhaps you misunderstood me so I'll speak slowly:

1) I didn't say 200,00 could drive a stock down, of course it can. what I said was that it didn't go down, as you implied, because someone knew the filing wasn't going to happen. IMO it went down in the first hour b/c people who wanted the news B4 open were impatient.

2) I don't blame "everything" on the MMs. Skittish people sell when the price goes down, but apparently they don't check to see the sizes of the blocks B4 selling, if they had they'd have seen big players weren't getting out.

3) "Hurt and angry," no, disappointed, yes. I'd like to be on to another play on the interim between the announcement and the IPO trade date.
