It's an unbelievably complicated process and the CEO's certainly have very little control over the precise timing of it. Three weeks is a very small amount of time in the process of filing. Believe what you want boss, I don't really care. I know how complex it is and I know what was said on CNBC. Nobody gave any promises on timing and nobody willfully lead anyone astray. Even in the conference call, no promises were made. They gave a timetable which is tough to hit and they have every reason not to hit it right now. This week is looking grim, perhaps they want to wait out the correction and try to hit a feel good period. Whatever the case is, you have no idea if it's going to work out for the better or worse. Crying about them not acting in your interest just makes you sound greedy and foolish. That's my opinion, one I am entitled to, right? jw steve
