That sale you talk about could be a buy that a MM is making for someone. I use to work with a MM that would buy at the bid and then mark it up some and sell it to me and I would then be able to buy under the ask. Completley legal. So what you see is not always what you think. :-)

you any slack ? tmmi has value as a shell, if NOTHING else...that
IS A FACT...just because it sells for 1cents means squat as to what
someone would pay for it...arnie's wont come around, even at a
dime or more...that is a fact, cause he said so...and one question-
